Otha William “Bill” Cook 7/21/47-4/29/08 |
|
Otha William “Bill” Cook of Waterloo died Tuesday, April 29, 2008 at Allen Memorial Hospital. He was born July 21, 1947 in Palm Beach, Fl the son of Otha W. and Irene A. Norris Cook. He married Sharon K. Moe on July 4, 1969 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Bill graduated from West High School, and served as a Medical Corpsman in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War. After serving in the military, he received his B.A. from U.N.I. He worked in the Human Services field and was presently Co-Owner of Cedar Valley Community Support Services in Waterloo, which he and Anize started in June of 1994.
We at Cedar Valley Community Support Services will miss Bill tremendously and will keep his memory alive in our work for years to come. |
